Returns & Exchanges
Every Sunday Archive piece is made to order through our production partner, which lets us offer premium, heavyweight essentials without holding excess inventory. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, fit, or personal preference. Before you order, use our Size & Fit Guide to choose your size with confidence — it's built to answer exactly this question.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Contact us at sundayarchive@cozyneutralcollective.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take it from there.

Wrong Item Received
If you received an item you didn't order, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship the correct item and arrange return of the incorrect one at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we can only accommodate cancellation requests submitted within 4 hours of purchase. Email us as soon as possible at sundayarchive@cozyneutralcollective.com if you need to cancel.

Processing Time
Refunds and replacements are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval, to your original payment method.
